Our story

A practice founded on two guiding words.

Grace. Because every child — and every family — deserves to be met with patience, warmth, and understanding.

Growth. Because progress, when it's rooted in trust and tailored to the individual, can be life-changing.

Grace and Growth ABA was founded to bring high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to Central Florida families in a way that feels personal, respectful, and hopeful. We're small enough to know every family by name — and clinically rigorous enough to deliver meaningful outcomes.

What we stand for

Our core values

Compassion First

We practice assent-based ABA that honors every child's voice. Your child will always be treated with dignity, never coerced.

Clinical Excellence

Every treatment plan is developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using current best practices.

Family Partnership

Parents and caregivers are the experts on their child. We work alongside you — listening, coaching, and celebrating wins together.

Meaningful Progress

We focus on goals that matter: communication, independence, friendships, and the everyday skills that open up your child's world.

Where You Are

Home. School. Park. Therapy belongs in real-life settings where learning actually matters — not just a clinic room.

Responsive & Accessible

When you reach out, we respond quickly. No phone trees, no long waits — just real people who care about your family.

Meet the founders

Our ownership team

Grace and Growth ABA is proudly owner-operated — which means the people who answer your calls are the same people who set the standard of care in every session.
