A BCBA-owned practice built on compassion, clinical excellence, and genuine partnership with the families we serve.
Grace. Because every child, and every family, deserves to be met with patience, warmth, and understanding.
Growth. Because progress, when it's rooted in trust and tailored to the individual, can be life-changing.
Grace and Growth ABA was founded to bring high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to Central Florida families in a way that feels personal, respectful, and hopeful. We're small enough to know every family by name, and clinically rigorous enough to deliver meaningful outcomes.
We practice assent-based ABA that honors every child's voice. Your child will always be treated with dignity, never coerced.
Every treatment plan is developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) using current best practices.
Parents and caregivers are the experts on their child. We work alongside you, listening, coaching, and celebrating wins together.
We focus on goals that matter: communication, independence, friendships, and the everyday skills that open up your child's world.
Home. Park. Grocery store. Therapy belongs in real-life settings where learning actually matters, not just a clinic room.
When you reach out, we respond quickly. No phone trees, no long waits, just real people who care about your family.
Grace and Growth ABA is proudly owner-operated, which means the people who answer your calls are the same people who set the standard of care in every session.
Robynn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-owner of Grace and Growth ABA. She leads all clinical programming, oversees treatment plans, and provides ongoing supervision to our RBTs, ensuring every child receives thoughtful, individualized care grounded in the science of behavior.
She received her undergraduate studies in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Central Florida in 2018 and completed her graduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Cincinnati in 2022. With over six years of experience working alongside individuals with diverse needs, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports meaningful progress for each child and their family.
David brings a background in clinical management, nonprofit leadership as a Director of Operations, and project management to his role overseeing operations, scheduling, and insurance. That combination of experience gives him a unique ability to navigate complex systems while keeping the focus where it matters most — on families.
He is the first point of contact for most new families, and he takes that responsibility seriously. From the initial phone call to the first session, David works to ensure every step of the process feels clear, supported, and as stress-free as possible for the families entrusting their children to the practice.
Whether you're just exploring your options or ready to get started, we're here to help. Reach out anytime.
